Clare Introduces New Family of 4A Dual-Channel Low-Side Gate Drivers The IXD_604, the first of a series of high current, low side gate driver ICs to be offered by Clare, is especially well suited for driving IXYS power MOSFETs and IGBTs. Each of the two outputs can source and sink 4A of peak current, while producing rise and fall times of less than 10ns. | Clare Introduces a New High-Voltage LED Driver with 8V to 550V Input Voltage Range and Greater than 90% Efficiency The CPC9909 can drive from a few to hundreds of HB LEDs in-series and/or parallel combinations in a constant peak-current control topology. Manufactured using Clare’s 550V BCDMOS Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process, the CPC9909 operates directly off a rectified AC voltage supply, and does not require any additional low voltage supplies.
