Senior Electronic Technician
Responsibilities:
- Designing PCBs: schematic capture and developing boards for testing custom mixed signal ICs.
- Designing and implementing test setups for evaluating,
characterizing and debugging analog and mixed signal ICs under the
supervision of a design engineer.
- Will be responsible for lab maintenance, component inventory and calibration control.
- Mixed-signal IC characterization
Qualifications:
- AA degree with 4-6 years' of experience in testing and lab maintenance.
- Experience with CAD software and in the semiconductor industry desirable.

Senior Mixed-Signal Product and Test Manager
Responsiblities:
This is a hands-on position managing the Product
Engineering/Test Engineering department. Ensure that yield analysis is
performed on a daily basis. Design and implement test solutions for new
Analog and Mixed-Signal integrated circuits. Interface with Operations,
Design Engineering, and customers regarding the use, testing and
problems of products (new and existing) in production. The ideal
candidate should have a good working knowledge of test strategies for
testing high speed digital and high performance analog circuits. You
will be an active participant in design and test meetings and manage a
project from start of test development to device manufacturing transfer
which includes: development and debug of test programs plus
evaluation/characterization of new designs for margin and product
robustness.
Qualifications:
- Experience must include writing test programs using a variety of mixed -signal test systems
- Programming and debugging experience in C++
- Experience with board level mixed-signal hardware and PC board/layout design techniques
- BSEE degree and 8 or more years of hands on experience in mixed signal test development
- Proficiency in LabVIEW and PC based test systems
- Proficient in statistical process control, MS Software (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experience with quality systems is a plus

Sr. Analog/Mixed Signal IC Circuit Designer
Responsibilities:
Develop advanced custom analog and mixed-signal ASIC
product from concept through production, involving the generation of
specifications, generating schematics/VHDL/worse case simulations and
directing the mask design through final tape-out. Develop test plans
for engineering evaluation, perform evaluation testing and review
production test activities. Validate product and characterization data
for all assigned products. Will be responsible for project design and
technical interface between the customer, mask designers, product
engineers and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Strong, proven background in analog/mixed-signal circuit design with a minimum of 8 years of experience in this area
- BSEE, MSEE or PhD perferred
- Strong analog and/or mixed signal ASIC design using CMOS, BiMOS or Bipolar technology.
- Strong expertise in analog signal processing design using
references (bandgap or equivalent), amplifiers
(voltage/current/transimpedance), switch-cap, active filters, ADCs,
DACs, PLLs, and oscillators.
- Knowledge of CAD schematic capture/VHDL and simulation tools (Mentor Graphics/Cadence, etc.) and UNIX.
- Logic design and synthesis experience a definite plus
- Experience with SRAM, NVM, Embedded uC, and I/O a plus
- Strong written and oral communications in the English language, and interpersonal skills.

Field Applications Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide the technical interface to customers during prospecting, evaluation, design-in, and post-sales phases.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to define and execute strategies for winning design at targeted accounts.
- Write application notes, technical papers, design notes, and other documentation for product development needs.
- Characterize new product performance. Develop evaluation
hardware and software, collect data, and report performance to
specification.
- Understand customer applications. Work with customer and Marketing team to determine product requirements.
- Distill customer feedback into specific recommendations for
new features or products. Contribute to product roadmap development.
- Provide training and support to Fields Sales and Field Application Engineers, and resolve customer applications issues.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to network,
promote our products, and keep abreast of new technological
developments.
Qualifications:
- Five plus (5+) years experience in application development
and/or customer support in OEM electronics with background in power
management or consumer electronics (no RF) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Mixed Signal IC technology. Emerging
Display, LED Driver, Power Management, Sensing & Control ASSP
technology a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and verbal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Be self-directed, able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Good lab / debug skills.
- Willing and available to travel (US and International), up to 30% of the time.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Chinese or Korean is a must.
